I retired from the Associate Deputy Minister position on September 30, 2018 and started up my Mediation practice on October 1st, returning to the role for which I have a true passion.

Having held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister, Labour Relations Solutions Division, as the lead Mediator at the Ministry of Labour, I have provided assistance to Unions and Employers in virtually all sectors of the Ontario economy.
